Dear NIS Second Grade Parents:
Happy Holidays!
We have a very busy second semester ahead of us and request a parent teacher conference on Sunday, January 8th 2012.
The appointment times begin at 13.00 and will run through 18.00. The appointments have been pre-arranged according to student ID number.
Each appointment will last 12 minutes and the topics will include:
1. Last semesters grade report card for your student.
2. Introduction to the NIS Individual Learning Plan (ILP)
3. Second semester academic review, new class schedules.
Each of the parent/teacher conference will begin and end on time, so please be prompt for your appointment. If you are late, you have to wait for the next available open time to meet with your teacher.
Each schedule is for total students in each class with only two extra time slots for missed appointments.
