Last Friday on the 19th of August, we had a school trip to the National Science and Technology Fair which was organized at BITEC exhibition centre. The trip was for all the primary section and both the students and the teachers had a great time there.

The area for the event was approximately 42,000 sq. meter and there were exhibitions and activities, more than 100 agencies from ministries, agencies from universities, major science societies, private enterprises, and agencies from overseas.

As teachers, this was a great opportunity for us to promote our students’ interest of science and technology. The kids were able to gain new experience, inspiration and knowledge of science. They not only observed but also touched scientific tools, created science toys and get involved into the laboratory experiments which were really the authentic ways of learning. They had lots of fun but also understood and learned lots of new things about science.
