Application Process:

1. Fill out the Application Form, (Download Here)
2. Submit your application form with the necessary documents listed below along with the student's latest report card/transcript
Recent Medical Check-Up Report (Within Six months)
Three passport size Color Photos
Registration Fee (One-time, non-Refund )
Student's Birth Certificate

For Foreign Students:

Student Passport Copy
Student's Non-Immigrant Visa information
Parent/Guardian's Non-Immigrant Visa information

For Thai Students:

Copy of Household Registration
Copy of Parent Thai Identification Card

3. All Students need to take an Entrance Placement Exam. The exam for Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten will based on observations of student's behaviors, developmental skills, language and communication skills. For Primary & Secondary prospective students the exam will consist of an assessment of English, Thai, Chinese, and Mathematical Skills. Please contact us to arrange a suitable time for your child's Entrance Placement Exam.

4. Once the test results are confirmed NIS will contact you to complete the enrollment process.

Transportation : We do provide a School bus servide to the local neighborhoods. These vans are air-conditioned and fitted with seatbelts. The fee is acording to the distance from the school. Please contact the office for more information.

Note : Any additional charges incurred during bank transfer must be covered by the payee. Once the payment is completed, please provide the school with the paying-in slip either via fax, e-mail, or personally at the school Finance office.

Waitlist : Students who get enroll to NIS may be on a waiting list if classes have reached full capacity.

Early Withdraw Policy ：Tuition fee refunds will be granted in accordance to the following Time Period:

The 1st Opening day for school to the First Month 50%
After 1st month to 3rd month 25%
After 3rd month 0%

Overdue Payment

NIS will adopt a new policy of overdue payment. It incurs a late penalty change of 100 Baht per day. In case of overdue payments, the school reserves the right to take on any legal action, and the student will not automatically be re-enrolled in the new term.
