Documents for application / 學生註冊所需文件

 1.สำเนาทะเบียนบ้านที่มีชื่อ  บิดา  มารดา  และผู้ที่สมัครเรียน  戶口名簿(泰籍)

จำนวน   1   ชุด

 A copy of the home registration documentation of the father, mother and the applicant

 2.สำเนาบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน  บิดา  มารดา  父母親的身份證(泰籍)

จำนวน   1   ชุด

 A copy of the identity card of father and mother

 3.สำเนาหนังสือเดินทางกับอนุญาติใบทำงานของบิดา  มารดาและผู้สมัครเรียน (ในกรณีที่มิได้ถือสัญชาติไทย)

จำนวน   1   ชุด

A copy  of the passport and work permit of the father mother and applicant (in the event that they are not Thai)

 4.สำเนาใบสูติบัตรของผู้สมัครเรียน 小朋友的出生證明

A copy of the birth certificate of the applicant (if this is not in

5. รูปถ่าย  หน้าตรง  ไม่สวมหมวก  และแต่งกายเรียบร้อย (สวมเสื้อมีปก)  1 นิ้ว

6.หลักฐานแสดงความรู้เดิมของผู้สมัครเรียน พร้อมเอกสารแปลในกรณีที่มิใช่เอกสารที่เป็นภาษาไทยหรืออังกฤษ 舊的在學証書 (若不是泰/英文請先翻譯為泰/英文)

Copies of the applicant’s educational qualifications (if the latter is not in Thai or English, please attach a translation.)

*เอกสารทั้งหมดต้องมีการเซ็นสำเนาถูกต้อง  All documents must be certified “true copy” by the applicant.
